The concept I presented for Tyson’s Summer 2020 Grilling portfolio promotion was rooted in the summer tradition of the campfire grill. At it’s core, this concept centered around easy meals campers could make while they traveled: Ball Park hot dogs over the campfire with unexpected toppings, a foil packet of Aidell’s sausage and peppers, or Wright Brand bacon added into a hearty pot of beans. To further flesh out the concept and bring in a charity angle, I presented a partnership with the National Park Service, in which campers collected badges on Tyson packs with a percentage of sales donated to selected parks noted on the badge.
