This dynamic weather widget was created for advertisers who wished to reach a Spanish speaking audience on sites geared toward Hispanic users. These mock-ups were used to demonstrate the dynamic template design I created. In this mock example, Coca Cola is the advertiser. The advertiser provides their banner creative that to display behind the weather widget, which populates based on the location of the users IP. The dynamic weather info animates in when the ad is first viewed, to draw users’ eye (refresh your browser to see the animation). The dynamic weather widget provides helpful information to the user, while the advertiser gets brand exposure.
